Ipad 2 Activation

So my new iPad 2 is going to arrive Tuesday. Can I activate it from iTunes on a PC that is not the PC I will ultimately use it on? I'm have to fly out on business Tuesday afternoon so I won't have time to do this on my Mac. I was hoping I could activate it from my WinXP work laptop while on the road.

The iPad can be activated from any computer running iTunes, but the computer needs to be connected to the Internet.
