iPad 2 not syncing with MBP

The first few times, it synced perfectly. Now, out of the blue it isn't. Any suggestions?

Are you using the USB ? Or doing a wifi sync? I understand you have to be plugged in to a wall outlet for some syncs and some can be done by wifi depending. It's in settings under general I think. I could be wrong.

Turns out, I was too low on space. LOL
