Ipad 2 question

Hi, I have ipad 2 64gb wi-fi with ios 4.3.2 and I just want to know if is there a way to unlock my ipad 2 untethered or tethered if not I would like to ask another thing : should I update my ios to 4.3.5 or stay at 4.3.2 ?

Well, Google is the answer to your first question, because I don't really bother with unlocking my CDMA iPad. As for your other, if you care about jailbreaking, stay on 4.3.2. If it doesn't matter to you, either choice is fine.
