iPad 2 safari Toolbar

I'm new to this forum. Does anyone know how to add the Safari toolbar to the IPad 2???

There is no toolbar. There is a bookmarks bar if you choose to display it.

Hi Elaine--as bamashooter, stated-no toolbar exists, only a bookmark tab, reading list and history.
