iPad 2

Hi all, this is Mamallan from Muscat, Oman. I am new to this site as well as new to iPad sort of things. I am very familiar with Android devices but unfortunately not with iOS. Very recently I purchased an iPad 2 and the struggle started. I have downloaded the iTunes already. But still I do not know and I am unable to transfer files like Music, videos and documents from my PC or Laptop. I would be much grateful if anyone can help in this regard. Thanks in advance
