I think you are posing a difficult question, as not many people IMO have counted those purely retina-acceptable Apps. Seems a very academic question unless you are interested in any particular App that suits your purpose. If so, why not go into the AppStore yourself and check out the App that interests you.

Well, if you install it you will see "what happens" and if you don't like it you can get rid of it on your iPad (but it will still remain in your App "purchases"). Your questions seem to be very vague and it's not clear if your line of questioning (or "wondering") is going to lead to any meaningful conclusions.
