So We have IPAD and now the new IOS 6. But you can't hear the audio that comes with a PowerPoint Presentation.

All Android gadgets have it !!!.

I hoped that IOS 6 will solve the problem, it didn't.

It's a SHAME for APPLE.

Last I looked, Powerpoint was a Microsoft product, not Apple. What app are you using to play the Powerpoint presentation? It makes a difference.

Hello Somerled.

Thank you for responding.
More than 60% of the eMails I get contain PowerPoint attachments, as you know PowerPoint is very abundant.
I digged the AppStore for days and checked some of the PowerPoint players.
I asked some of them, they say that that IOS doesn't have the appropriate codec (Answer from The "Remote" App).
The "Androids" have "full" presentation applications for PowerPoint (they don't say that PowePoint is not their business).
I also digged the Ipad forums...

If you can recommend an App that solves the problem, I'll be more than grateful.
I hope to hear from you.

Apple's Keynote maybe? Documents To Go? Goodreader maybe?

It comes down to the app developers to include the codecs for "playing" files that are supposed to be "compatible". Powerpoint is Microsoft, and the application is part of MS Office. There is currently not a Microsoft Office for iOS. This is not Apple's fault.

Hello Somerled.
I know that Keynote is not the answer to my pray.
The other apps you mention are new to me, I'll check.
I agree with you that the apps should contain the codec, there is some problem that prevents it. I'm sure they are eager to sell.
Thank you.

I only have tried running a powerpoint slideshow with animation and audio using "Onlive Desktop". And it's ok. Haven't tried CloudOn though.

Sad to say: "Onlive Desktop" is restricted to the USA (not including 2 states).

Sorry to hear that. It's the only one that I find that can satisfactorily run powerpoint slideshows.
BTW I forgot all about QuickOffice PRO HD. Haven't tried this myself (can't try it before buying ~ $20). It's available in the app store.
