Ipad 4 bluetooth connection problem

I want to connect my i pad 4 with my nokia phone by bluetooth. They recognize each other but there is no connection. Why doesn't it work with the ipad 4 , while it worked with my ipad3!

What is it you want to transfer? Remember, iOS devices have limited Bluetooth protocols.
