Hey I'm using ipad4 and it is not getting connected to iTunes and when I connect to my windows PC I'm getting as not charging and it is not connecting to iTunes

Ipad 4 not getting connect to iTunes

I had the same issue the first time I connected my iPad 3 to iTunes.......
I think Windows installed the incorrect driver or the driver install was faulty.
I went into device manager and uninstalled the device driver and forced it to reinstall.............all was well after that.
Microsoft and Apple don't always play well together.
