Ipad acsesorries help !

Hey there guys
I am wondering I there is an acsesorry that aloes me to charge my iPad and also have it plugged in to my apple cable that plugs in to VGA on the tv so I can watch movies and ect . If there is a product like this . Could someone tell me what it is called or send me a link to a web site
