Ipad Air 2nd gen Digitizer?

Does anyone know if the digitizer is lamenated to the lcd on the Ipad Air 2? I know it is not on the 1st gen Ipad air. Thanks.

All parts of the display are fused together in the iPad Air 2 in order to make the display as thin as possible. It's not possible to separate the touchscreen from the rest of the display.
