First, be informed that this forum has no official relationship to Apple nor do the volunteer members who post here. Second, your guess is likely as good as most of ours - just google your question and there will be plenty of hits - one from today HERE might provide you w/ some interesting speculation and rumors.
With the introduction of the iPad Pro 9.7" model, the question becomes whether that will be considered by Apple as their 'iPad 3' and continue as such or whether a 'new' iPad 3 will indeed be introduced? You likely will have to wait until the fall to see 'what' Apple hardware upgrade models are introduced - will be interesting. Dave
