ipad and bluetooth HELP!

Hi,
I've just bought an ipad Wi-FI 3G 32GB. I tried to use bluetooth with iphone, with blackberry, with Macbook and it does not work. I activate bluetooth, but it searches fo devices that doesn't see. Or if, by chance, it sees it, it doesn't connect it with them. What do i have to do. I really tried everything i know. Do you have any suggestion?

It only works with BT headphones.

Works fine here connecting to a blackberry stereo gateway.
