I like to read books at night on my iPad but have been told that it can cause insomnia. Would changing to a black screen eliminate this problem or should I buy special tinted glasses?
You can try it...I have read in several places that those bright lights from screen similate something or other that tends you keep you away...so anything you can do to lessen the effect *might* help...but if insomnia is a problem, you probably should seek advice from qualified health care professionals rather than doing by what some dude on the internet says.
Now, put your iPad to sleep at least an hour before you plan to fall asleep!
