Ipad app to organize ALL ebooks?

I have many books now, some are from Kindle, some from iBooks, some are from Barnes & Noble, and some are just uploaded pdf's. Does anyone know if there is a universal front end to organize my library and perhaps access it from one interface? Does not have to be a reader, could just be launch point to access the appropriate reader based on the book you select. Anyone got a suggestion?

Not on iOS. The device is App based not file based, and there is no universal eBook app.
