iPad app to send notifications when web page changes?

Does anyone know of an iPad app that will send push notifications or alerts when a web page changes? The site in question does not have an RSS feed.

I don't think you're going to find an iPad app for that.

However, you might find a web service that will email or SMS you. It sounds familiar, but I can't remember any specific services off the top of my head.
