Ipad browsers not working on certain web sites

Some of my web sites have changed security that use a one time numeric code that associates the number to a specific
device. I am finding that most ipad web browsers do not work in this environment. Do others have similar problems with ipad browsers not working like other browsers that are available in the PC environment?
