Ipad cannot running apps

I already jailbreak my ipad ios 5.1.1 with redsnow. I already got cydia, and everything worked normally. But when i installed <edit..snip>and i tried to installed some application from <edit...snip>all off applications cannot installed in my ipad. Whats wrong? Help me please...
