ipad chrome facebook live button

Hi - I am new and thank you for your help

I want to find a way to have an extra person in the facebook live video so found out using ipad would work maybe?. ipad asked to download chrome to use camera.



So now I can't find facebook live button anywhere in chrome.



(Can find facebook live button in safari but won't let me use camera!)



Anyone found an answer to this please.

Welcome to iPad Forums!

You’d need the desktop version of Chrome, so you’d have to do this on a computer, because it won’t work like this on the iPad, afaik.

split screen 2nd person doesn't seem to work on chrome on macbook - and online it said ipad/iphone only

Thank you J.A. - checked it out on ipad on chrome - just can't find live video button anywhere on facebook pages
- as I say safari has icon for live videos but says go to chrome
its a mystery so far

As I’ve said before: Safari tells you to go to the Chrome desktop version (for computer), not the mobile app.

Did you try Live Video in the Facebook iPad app?

ok got into facebook app and has live video button
and will try out tomorrow if I can split the screen with another person
