Ipad computer sync

Does anyone know any third party software that I can sync my ipad? I want to transfer some movies from my pc to my Ipad and also my P90x videos:ipad-keyboard:

What's the big deal.
Open iTune. connect iPAD and drag the movies directly to your device area.
No need to copy into iTunes and from there to the iPad. I do it all the time
