Ipad Drivers Error??

I need help. I'll keep it short.

Sony replaced my broken laptop with a new Vaio Fit 15E and after setting it all up i went to plug my Ipad in and it doesn't install the drivers or show up in itunes, it just makes the bong sound that your computer makes when you unplug a USB device. But over and over. Bong Bong Bong Bong.

Windows 8.1 . I made sure i ran all sony updates, all windows updates, and all driver updates but nothing....Ipad still connects on my very old toshiba...

Help? How can i fix it? Can i download the drivers from the net?

Which mobile version you are using?

Remove iTunes and reinstall it. This will help: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923

Also, try changing the USB port.

When you connect your iPad to a new computer, it asks you if you trust it. You should have to confirm that you trust on your iPad. If you didn't, the drivers won't be installed, afaik.
