iPad File Structure and Directory Tree

Hi again . . .

WITHOUT jail-breaking, is there a software tool out there that allows one to look at the iPad file structure? I click on "My Computer" on a WinBox and I can see the structure. Anything like that for the iPad? I want a tool that runs under Winders, not necessarily an iPad app.

Without jailbreaking there are several programs that will let you look at the User directories, apps and media usually, but you can't look at the system files. iPhoneBrowser and iPhone Explorer are two that work well. These are available for Windoes.
