If anyone finds any other useful information along these lines, please feel free to add it to this thread.

Please note that the forum does not allow discussion of apps, or methods, that could be used for spying on an unsuspecting third party, including, but not limited to, key logging and diverting/mirroring messages to a remote device. While such tools may be considered useful for monitoring children's activities, we feel that there is too much scope for abuse.
