Ipad front camera not working

I hope someone can help me I just purchased my iPad 2 4 days ago but when I try to use the front camera the shuttle just freeze I try restoring but still the same. If I go for 1 for 1 exchange will they give me a brand néw one? I heard and read through some forum they mention that 1 for 1 exchange some retail give you the old version

Most probably yes, if its completely new, and you didn't break it, if you take it to the nearest apple store with a genius bar, they will replace it for you.

Would the store i bought my ipad 2 replace mine if i cant open my stock wallpaper page? all the 40 pictures are just gray.

I would hope they would not exchange your iPad2 for an iPad

I would want another iPad2 if mine were flawed.
