Ipad/Garageband Startup help

Hi all.
Recently got an Ipad 1 and garage band.
I want to make demos, not pro cds, but decent enough to post on Facebook for gigs, etc.
I need an interface. I would like to spend under $150, but could move up if the value was right.
I need to be able to connect each of the following (one at a time, not simultaneously):
1.) a mic
2.) a strat or a jazz bass
3.) a keyboard (no USB out)
4.) A roland V-Kit (also no USB out)
5.) Jamhub Bedroom (also no USB out)
I'm pretty new to all this. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Is your mic a dynamic or a condenser? Do 3,4 and 5 have line outs?

You could do all of this with the apogee jam, irig, or riffport if all you need is one input at a time, and as long as you're not using a condenser microphone (no phantom power). All you need are a few jack adapters to convert 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch and balanced to unbalanced – just a few bucks at a electronic supply store.

The focusrite itrack solo is a cool option. My friend just got it and is very happy.
