Is it possible to have homepage in safari?
If so how do you go about it?
I'm new to the iPad.
Also can you move the icons around on the screen and set it
Up the way u want to?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

With regards to your questions when in safari on the web page you desire press the little box with the arrow to the left of the URL and you can add to the home screen, you can then just press this icon to access Safari.
You can arrange the icons any way you like, just long press an icon and they will start to jiggle. The little black cross is to delete the app off the ipad, don't worry if you accidentally press this as they will ask for a confirmation, now press on them and move them the way you like, if you want to put them on the next page just press on one while jiggling and take it to the edge of the screen and it will roll over to the next page. It takes a bit of practice. You can also create folders, when jiggling place one icon on top of another and this will create a folder, if you want to rename the folder go to the folder name there's a cross at the end of the line, press this and name your folder how you would like it. To finish just press the home button. Enjoy!!
