iPad/iPhone Remote

I am very fascinated by the Apple Remote app for iPhone and iPad.
I was wondering though.
I would like to use my iPad as a "media center" in my room, where I would like to play my music from, instead of my PC.
Therefore, is there any way where I can change music on my iPad from my iPhone?

Instead of changing music on my PC from my iPad and iPhone?

The app just controls an actual iTunes library. As of yet I don't know of any iOS to iOS remote software.

Tango will let you remotely control and play any of your music on your iPad remotely, using your iPhone. It's free download:

There are prolly other apps that do it too.
