iPad "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" missing

I recently had my iPad jailbroken and now the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" setting has disappeared. I have searched for responses but they are all related to the iPhone and iPod touch. Please let me know if you know how I can get this back on my iPad. Thank you!

Restore. For some reason whenever I restore and jailbreak, I have no keyboard. but I download one from Cydia. I'm sure it is a similar problem.
