Your post prompted me to check, and my iPad is being offered 10.3.

Hi Thomas - I usually wait a few days but decided to just do the updates on our 3 i-Devices - went quickly and all seemed to come back well - Dave

I also updated my iPad Air first thing this morning. I thought the download and install seemed to take longer but not excessively so. So far no problems encountered.

It was a long update. I think mainly because they changed the file system iOS uses to one better suited for NAND flash (APFS).

What's new in iOS 10.3

I think this update made my mini 2 faster then the last update lol.
