So i've just got the iPad Mini and it was already on iOS7, i want to jailbreak it however i cant find a good tut, if u can guys, could u give me a link where a simple tutorial is, also with the jailbreak can i get free games and apps?

No, jail breaking has nothing to do with getting free games and apps. You still have to get them from the AppStore (either free or paid, depending on the developer).
