Ipad music app corrupt

Hi there my music player on my iPad becomes corrupt on the screen whenever you switch from one view to another. This has only started happening since the upgrade to ios 5. The only way that I can then stop it is by shutting down the iPad and restarting. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Regarding your issue, whenever an app begins to play up, close it in your multi task bar first. Eg. do the four finger swipe up to reveal your apps along the bottom. Press the offending app until it jiggles and a red minus will appear above the app, press this and it will close. It's a good idea to close these regularly. If it works again, good, if not then a restart next. I see you've already done this so the next step is a reset.
Reset: Hold the power off button and the home button simultaneously, keep holding them in and you will see the power off slide appear and disappear, wait until you see the Apple logo appear before releasing the buttons. It will take a little longer for your iPad to start. Let us know how it goes. Good luck!
