Ipad Not Remembering Information

Since yesterday my ipad is not remembering information. I need to keep signing into websites that used to keep me signed in. Bing shows no history since Friday. The "top" part of Safari is black where it used to be a different color. I've already gone to Settings/Safari/passwords & autofill. HELP!! Please & thank you.

You have somehow moved into Private mode. To get back just tap on the two overlapping squares top right hand side and toggle on "Private". You can get in and out of private viewing this way.
