iPad not working

I need help! My iPad is not working it won't turn off it's not charging and the WiFi is not working on it although it functions properly on other devices the symbol comes up but it says there's no connection and safari YouTube and other apps aren't working because of that please could someone help me it's really urgent and thank you in advance

Now the battery died and it won't charge

What did you try to get your device working again?
Is it still under warranty?

Take a look at your charging cables and adapter. Make sure there's no damage. Try using a different power outlet. Also take a look at your iPad's charging port. It should be undamaged.

Force start your device:
Press and hold Home and Power button until you see the Apple logo. As soon as it's visible, let go of both. Your device should power up on it's own.
