iPad original case

Can anyone recommend a good case for an iPad. I'm looking for one that also holds a pad of paper on the right side, iPad on the left. I've not been able to find one with that configuration, seems everything is the other way.

I'd like one with paper on the left and iPad on the right... can't say i've seen one oriented that way.
