That sounds like a bandwidth issue. You can download a free app "Speedtest x" from the App Store and test your broadband speed, post it here and we'll see if that's the problem.
There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.
If you have other Apple products or are interested in other Apple kit then why not join our sister forum too at http://www.appleforums.net/
Finally, if you still haven't had enough, how about a video explaining about our other forums (note:you may want to play this at half speed but hey, why shouldn't Phil be excited about our forums!)
Well your download speed is the important one here and 2.54 is quite slow and probably explains the problem. What speed are you supposed to be getting on your broadband service?
Try restarting your router, or contact you service provider
Is this only on your iPad or on you computer as well?
I hope you find this forum as informative and addictive as I do!
You will find that there are many members with a great knowledge base, waiting to help you with any issue you might have.
I am not sure what our speed is supposed to be. Everything seems to be fast. Why would it be only on my I pad that I am having this problem? I will have to find out what the speed is supposed to be.
I had a problem where my iPad was running slower than my Macs, it took a great deal of rebooting of my router and my iPad to get it running nice and fast. Nothing to lose by trying it.
