my ipad disconnects frequently while tethered to my iphone 6. I have ios 10.02 installed. It seems to disconnect worse now but did it with the last few updates also. I have not noticed my wifi dropping off when it is connected at home. Other devices like the pencil and bluetooth headphones are not dropping the connection.
