I have an iPad Pro 9.7. Is there any good reason to upgrade to the latest 10 inch version?

That depends on you and what you’re looking for. Most would see it as an incremental upgrade. Features such as promotion, and the bump in screen size may sell it for you though. I’d recommend waiting until the fall to see what the latest gen iPad Pros would have to offer.
