Ipad problems

Hey guyz i'm new but pliz anyone who can tell me why when i tried tom install my apps in my ipad2 it just shut down when i tried to open it it just blinks greens pliz help me coz i'm disappointed it's just 3months old i think i overloaded it beyond its memory capacity pliz advice!!!!
