iPad rearranging icons by itself

Hi guys,

My iPad just rearrange all my icons by itself and I have no idea why. It completely messed up my iPad icons and my wallpaper changed too. I'm running ios 3.2( I know it's outdated) and it's jail broken. Cydia and all my apps are still there including edit by moderator - stolen apps Help!!!
