The digital marketing firm Breakfast NY has cobbled together a remote controlled video blimp. They used a DIY Drones kit and the Titanium Mobile development platform to accomplish this.

Thanks for the link. I was wondering if this is a JB iPad and how the camera interface works?

It is not Jailbroken but they wrote the app themselves and I don't think that they are releasing it with the drone as a kit but you never know.
