iPad Restore from Backup glitch??

So I was clearing some apps and I realized an app had store alot of data. So naturally, I delete it and reinstall it. I go to the app store but the app has been removed. So I decide to restore a backup to get it back. So I start it around 10:00pm last night. (Plugged into computer through iTunes) I keep checking on it. Progress going good. Says will be a couple hours but that's fine. I go to sleep. Wake up now (8:30) and the progress bar is at about half, not moving, and it says it will be 15 hours. Any reasons why? Any solutions?
