I had been using my iPad syncing with Windows 7 iTunes without any problems. As soon as I updated my iTunes to 10.1, it stopped syncing with a message "additional software needed for this iPad to sync". I sync the iPad with my MacBook and it sync fine. My iPad is still 3.2.1 version and the iTunes version in my MacBook is 10.1
