iPad stops syncing with Win iTunes

I had been using my iPad syncing with Windows 7 iTunes without any problems. As soon as I updated my iTunes to 10.1, it stopped syncing with a message "additional software needed for this iPad to sync". I sync the iPad with my MacBook and it sync fine. My iPad is still 3.2.1 version and the iTunes version in my MacBook is 10.1

Anyone here have the same problem like his? If so, what is the solution?
