iPad stuck on Apple logo

My iPad was suddenly stuck on Apple logo after rebooting from iOS update. I tried to reboot the device but it doesn't work. How to fix this?

When you say reboot, did you hold the Home Button and the Power Button until the Apple logo reappeared?

Was there a bar under the Apple logo it might of still been updating.? Also are you sure it was stuck. Some times iPads take a little bit to start up.

No progress bar on the screen. Yes. there is no chance in 2 hours. Got this weird issue fixed by following EDITED. However, it is not cheap, lol.

iOS 11.4 fixes some bugs, afaik there were no serious bugs since the day it was released.
