iPad sync

I tried syncing my iPad and got the message that it was last synced on another pc so in order to sync it to my new one it would erase everything and I'd lose all my photos, books etc. It wouldn't allow me to do a back up either. I thought you could use up to 5 pc's and this is only the second one for my iPad. I've never had this problem with my iPhone or iPods.

Pretty sure the device can only be tied to one computer. Music from iTunes can be played on up to five computers.
