Ipad To ipod Transfer ?

Hello,

New at this with my iPad.

I have an iPad.
My son has a few year old iPod.

a. I have taken some videos with my iPad.
Are these automatically stored on the iCloud ?

b. can my son download them to his iPod from the iCloud ?

If so, what does he have to do on his iPod, and what do I have to do in the way of setting permissions, etc., on my ipad to allow this to go thru

How about to his Windows PC ?
