While I am reading my books on the ipad, still not finished the page the ipad turns off to the stand by mode,it disturbs me,is there a way to get a way of this problem?
Change your settings.
It's the "settings" cog wheel icon you need. Look under general and change the auto lock to a higher figure.
Since the battery life is so generous I keep mine a 10 mins. Enough to make a coffee without having to relog or find the page I was reading.
