Am using a dating site that involves web chat but as a technophobe I'm uncertain. I use FaceTime occasionally via my iPhone - never used Skype. Not sure about this cam-to-cam novelty for breaking the ice - my iPad has a camera of course and I can connect to live webcam services (I've checked)
Do I need to do anything to make the webcam connection 2 way? One lady I was chatting to asked me if I "had cam" - so we could chat like Skype without revealing our phone numbers (I think that's the idea!) - I was horrified to find I didn't know what she was talking about! It's not an "adult" site!
