ipad2 as photos manager?

hi guys, I have some questions about using the ipad as photo manager.


1) is there an app like picasa for the ipad? where I can create collections, albums, crop, do some simple editing and load/store from external harddrive via camera connection kit ?

2) is loading photos from external harddrive (2.5") a slow process ?

3) is there a device for the ipad to plug in both the external harddrive and VGA(or hdmi) ?
