iPad2 digitiser after replace the same problem

Hi
I'm looking for a help with this problem, link below:

I've got iPad2 with some problems with touch screen, no broken, no scrach just touch screen keep freaking??
then I've replaced digitizer (replacment bought on ebay) but the same problem came back after start. Ribbon cabel looks ok not bend, plugs ok, never repaired before? Restored many times, reseted? no luck!
Did anybody had similiar problems?
