ipad2 Games orientation opposite

Some games only run on the opposite landscape orientation and won't change. ie The home button is on the right. My cover has the home button on the left in landscape when I use the cover as a stand. Is there a way to change the orientation? I can't find any settings for the games that have orientation as an option. I've locked & unlocked the side orientation button and moved the ipad around which works in most apps. The rest of the apps are fine, but not games such as Zombie Farm and Deserted Wood.
